   broken down stereotypes and overcome bullying from a situation she had no say in. I am motivated to be the best role model and big sister I can be, to show her it doesn't matter where you come from. You can be anything you want to be in this world with hard work, humility, grace and grit. I am driven to help show her how to achieve her goals and dreams head on. We are from a small town where people rarely take risk. Through the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders, I have been able to show Millie what it looks like to have a dream come true after years of closed doors. I have been able to grow by stepping outside of my comfort zone. I have been fortunate to travel the world and feel empowered standing in front of 80,000 people doing what I love. There is even more fuel in my fire watching her follow in my footsteps as a high school cheerleader and hearing her say she plans to attend my alma mater, the University of Alabama! Whether she is calling me to get advice on the typical emotional roller coaster ride that comes with being a teenage girl, and especially when she is cheering me on from the stands at FedExField.
